In 1920, Gene “Alabama Flash” Walker set a land-speed record on his PowerPlus while racing for the Indian Motorcycle Racing Team. At the time he was considered for the “fastest man alive." Each Indian Challenger Elite has an individually numbered center console with an image of Gene Walker’s PowerPlus racer.

The new PowerPlus 112 cu-in engine makes 126 hp and 181.4 Nm of torque straight from the factory. That same engine won the 2024 MotoAmerica King of the Baggers Championship.
